Job Description**

World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Senior ITSM Engineer (Remedy Architect) supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers ACE-IT Program. Reporting to the Automation Team Manager, responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of assigned enterprise architecture project and takes project from planning through final delivery. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including Government partners, team mates, end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Leads a group of engineers, architects, and analysts and ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise architecture deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to enterprise engineering team. Directs and participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.

**Qualifications**

* Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start

* Engineer will possess a CISSP or CASP certification.

* Expert level knowledge of an ITSM and CMDB tool set, e.g. Remedy or ServiceNow

* Current knowledge of systems design, circuit delivery and telecommunications requirements analysis, including capacity planning and interface integration. Breadth of knowledge will include hypervisors, server hardware, converged and hyper-converged systems, network attached storage, storage area networks, routing, switching, MPLS, DMVPN, Unified Communications, Telepresence, devops and infrastructure as code principles, Linux, Windows, Azure, etc.
