Property/Facility Manager 3

Join our U.S. Bank Corporate Real Estate team as a Facility Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for U.S. Bank's facilities. Although, the primary focus will be workplace solutions/space planning/move coordination and relationship management, you'll also be charged with establishing/managing;

-Relationships with business lines (understanding their needs and future growth)

-Vendor contracts for services, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing, safety, janitorial service and landlord relationships

-Outsourced facilities staff

-Facilities operating/capital budget

-Maintain the professional appearance of the office and conference rooms and schedule coordination

-Safety and security - with direction from the security department, implement security procedure and processes

-Assist with overall office health and safety

-Obtain vendor price quotes, prepare purchase orders, review and approve monthly invoices

-Help implement internal tools for space planning


Basic Qualifications

- Five or more years of experience in commercial property management

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Space planning software

- Space planning, move coordination and/or workplace solutions experience

- Advanced knowledge in commercial real estate, project management, building/facility maintenance, and property management

- Good knowledge of property appraisal and leasing

- Excellent organizational and managerial
